Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information White Cloak Proxy ("we", "us") collects when you use whitecloakproxy.com and our proxy services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Your email address and a password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plain-text password).

Order and payment information. Records of the plans you purchase, your account balance, and payment status reported by our payment processor. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments; we receive the payment status and amount, not your wallet's private details. Note that blockchain transactions are inherently public.

Service data. Operational data needed to run your proxies — proxy status, subscription and expiry dates, rotation events, and credentials we generate for you.

Support communication. Messages you send us by email or Telegram, so we can resolve your request.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not require your name, physical address, or phone number to use the Service. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

3. Cookies and Advertising Measurement

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to your dashboard. These are required for the Service to function. We set no advertising or profiling cookie of our own.

Website analytics. We count visits using our own software running on our own servers. It stores no cookie, no browser storage entry, and no IP address — your IP and browser string are combined into a one-way daily hash purely to tell repeat page views apart, and that hash becomes meaningless within 24 hours.

Advertising measurement.When we run paid advertising, we need to know which adverts produced sales. We do this from our servers rather than by embedding an advertising network's tracking script in this website. If you arrive by clicking one of our adverts, the advertising platform adds a campaign code to the link; we store that code and, if you later purchase, we report the sale back to that platform along with a one-way (SHA-256) hash of your email address so it can match the sale to the click. The platform never receives your email address itself, your name, your IP address, or any detail of what you bought beyond the amount. If you did not arrive from one of our adverts, nothing is reported at all.

You can opt out of our own website analytics at any time by visiting whitecloakproxy.com/?wc_track=off. To stop advertising measurement, email us at [email protected] and we will exclude your account.

4. How We Use Information

  • to provision, operate, and support your proxies;
  • to process payments and maintain your account balance;
  • to send transactional email such as receipts and subscription expiry reminders;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse of the Service; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the providers required to run the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting for account and order data;
  • NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing;
  • Email delivery provider — transactional email such as receipts and expiry reminders.
  • Advertising platforms — when we run paid advertising, the sale amount, the campaign code from the advert you clicked, and a one-way hash of your email address, so they can tell us which adverts worked. Described in section 3.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Access to production systems is restricted, and traffic between you and the dashboard is encrypted with TLS.

7. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email.
